Computer Science + Data Analytics

I build practical digital systems from complex requirements.

I am Shaikat Sharma, a second-year Computer Science student at the University of Waikato with hands-on experience in WordPress, software development, data analysis and AI evaluation.

About me

Web experience, technical study and a practical mindset.

I combine independent client work with university study and customer-facing experience in New Zealand.

My professional profile

I started working with WordPress in 2017 and have since helped remote clients translate their requirements into functional websites. My work includes theme and plugin configuration, content updates, responsive testing, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.

I am now strengthening that practical background through a Bachelor of Computer Science and a minor in Data Analytics at the University of Waikato. My recent work covers Java, C#, PHP, SQL, R, software testing, data structures, data cleaning and responsible evaluation of AI assistants.

Alongside technical work, my role at Woolworths New Zealand has developed my reliability, teamwork, communication and ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

What it demonstrates

Structured interpretation of events, conditions and actions from everyday language.

Reliability controls

Deterministic rules, local processing, editable output and visible validation warnings.

Current limitation
